Grand Opening of the school and Shaun the Sheep unveiling!

27th November 2015
What a wonderful morning!
Parents, friends and all of the children enjoyed a huge celebration this morning for two very special reasons.
We first enjoyed the unveiling of 'The Flyer Drafter', the incredible Shaun the Sheep sculpture which has been won by Bailey Scutt in Year Five. Bailey entered his design into the 'Cracking Ideas' competition last year, and as a result 'The Flyer Drafter' will now be a permanent resident at Andoversford Primary School!
We also celebrated the opening of the new areas of the school- the new office, library and classroom- which have been built as the school continues to grow. The oldest child (Jasmine) and youngest child (Oscar) in the school did the honours, cutting the ribbon in front of the school.
Thank you to everyone who came to support the school. Keep your eye out for us in the Gloucestershire Echo!
