Over the last few weeks, Oak Class has been having some much-needed maintenance. The new roof, with extra insulation has now been fitted, along with new double-glazed windows and doors. The decking has been replaced with two smart staircases - revealing extra patio space to learn outside the classroom!

The flooring in the cloakroom has been repaired and a new doormat installed. And this week new skirting around the outside of the building will be installed to finish off the project! Phew - what an improvement! In the next few months we are also hoping to do some internal decoration work to brighten up the classroom.

We would like to thank the team of contractors who have worked carefully around the school to complete all of the works as well as the children who have been so sensible while additional work has been happening. We are very pleased with our new space and are definitely looking forward to being more cosy this winter!
