Please note that all children will be given a letter and Vaccination Consent Form from the NHS today. It is important that you consent or decline the vaccination via this form.
The vaccination programme will protect your child/ren against the flu. It will also help protect more vulnerable family members by preventing the spread of flu. The vaccination is administered by the NHS Immunisation Team and, as it is a nasal spray, it is painless and quick and easy to administer.
Please return the completed form as soon as possible. Thank you.
