Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club starts at 8:00am every morning for those who need an earlier drop off - or those who want to start the day with a nutritious breakfast. Children join their class at the end of the session. The Club runs term-time only. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We do recommend booking in advance to guarantee a place for your child. If you would like to book a place for more than one child, please note that a separate form is required for each child. Ad-hoc sessions can be booked, however we cannot guarantee a place will be available at short notice.
Breakfast Club runs from 8:00am Monday to Friday. Places cost £4.80 per day, which includes breakfast. We have toast, spreads, cereals and other common breakfast items available. Please indicate any dietary requirements when booking, so that we can ensure the options are suitable for all children attending.
Mrs Beaton will collect children for Breakfast Club at the front gate. If you arrive after 8:00am, please use the intercom to announce your arrival, but please note that the school office is not in operation until 8:30am and there may be a delay as staff members will be preparing for the start of the day.
Places can be booked using the online form during the booking window. All bookings are for the full term and all bookings are charged, regardless of whether the child attends the session. Cancellations can be made 30 days in advance. Upon booking a place, a payment item will be added to your ParentPay account. The amount can be paid in full, or a monthly payment plan can be arranged to spread the costs over the term. Parents and carers will not be able to book new places if they are in arrears.
Ad-hoc bookings outside the booking window are possible if spaces are available. Ad-hoc bookings are subject to a 20% increase on the block booking prices to cover the additional administration. Ad-hoc booking for Breakfast Club is £5.80 per day.

Places can be booked for two collection options.
Collection at 4:20 pm = £5.30 per day
Collection at 5:30 pm = £12.75 per day
On Thursday and Friday, the latest collection available is 4:20pm.
For those attending the second session of wraparound care after school, we offer flexibility to collect between 4:20 pm and 5:30 pm. If you are collecting during this session, you should come to the FRONT GATE ONLY. Please press the buzzer to gain access to the school site, and then make your way through the playground to the HALL to collect your child from the later session. Please be aware that a member of staff might be undertaking a task and may not be able to answer the gate immediately.
If your child is staying for the later collection, please provide a snack. We recommend fruit, yoghurt, crudités and dip, crackers, cheese, flatbreads, and other picnic style foods. As we are a healthy school, please do not send crisps, chocolate bars or sweets.
Ad-hoc bookings outside the booking window are only possible if spaces are available and cannot be guaranteed. Ad-hoc bookings are subject to a 20% increase on the block-booking prices to cover the additional administration, which means that collection at 4:20 pm ad-hoc price is £6.40 and 5:30 pm collection is £15.30.

Pupils with parental permission can walk home after the adult-led activity finishes at 4:20pm. Collection of pupils finishing at this time is at the usual collection gates – front and back depending on home address. Staff will bring children to the gates for collection.
At 5:30pm collection is available from the front gate only. Children will be brought down to the gate by a member of school staff..
Late Collection:
Late collection fees apply. Repeated late collection will mean a place will no longer be available for your child.
