It is fantastic to see the sun out again! This week, we have had some days that started a bit cloudy in the morning but by lunchtime the sun was shining brightly.  In our Celebration Assembly today, we talked about sun safety and the children were fantastic at describing the ways we can keep safe in the summer time.  The children reminded us that everyone should have a water bottle to stay hydrated and that they can bring a sunhat into school.  Pupils could even talk about using SPF 50 or above when applying their suncream!  If they do need a top-up at break or lunchtime, they can keep suncream in their bag.
