Lots to Celebrate!

4 March 2022 (by Rachel Bradley McKay (Head))

Phew! It has been a busy week for celebrations this week!

We were absolutely amazed by the quality of the Book-in-a-Box entries! It was wonderful to see the children talking confidently about the books they enjoy reading as part of our World Book Day celebrations. We had lots of great recommendations! Our winners were:

Ash Class: Henry

Oak Class: Lucas

Beech Class: Madison

Willow Class: Saga-Mae

We also had highly commended awards for Raven, Henry W, Rory, Darcy I, Leo, Mason, Charley, and Louis. Thank you so much to everybody who took part in this fantastic activity.

This week, our Digital Leaders were also announced. We are pleased to announce the new team is:

Ash Class: Orlaith

Oak Class: Ruairi

Beech Class: Bella H, Darcy I and Holly

Willow Class: Lizzie, Ross, Saga-Mae, Jack and Oscar

Across the week, we have been impressed with the hard work and positive learning attitudes of pupils in all classes. These children have been awarded an ASPIRE Award for showing our core values:

Darcey H

Alice

Frankie

Emma

Millie V

Congratulations!
